The friendly staff provided really good service. They genuinely cared , even personally assisting with issues like connectivity.

The breakfast selection left much to be desired, with complaints about its substandard quality, suggesting a need for improvement.

The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a very nice area, next to Myrtle Beach Seafood festival and Quality Inn Warsaw NC and Choice Hotels FAILS and Wilmington nc. Newly renovated room in good condition, helpful stuff - everything was great. A safe, cable TV and a refrigerator where much appreciated. I spent 3 nights here and really enjoyed that.

Units in good condition...

The king room was spacious and comfortable, with cable television and a coffee maker, easy to enjoy my morning while watching my favorite show. The bed was cozy, perfect for a good night's sleep, and I appreciated the hair dryer and ironing board provided in the room.

Some areas could use a bit more attention.

Nothing about the hotel.

Hotel was dirty,smelly and in a poor state of repair. Managed to find an alternative for second night of stay. Have used Quality Inns before and am amazed this is actually one of their hotels.

The room was perfectly clean with a safe, cable TV and a refrigerator.

Amazing building and rooms in good condition. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Courteous and incredible staff onsite.

super comfy stay!

The staff was super friendly, especially at check-in. I loved the breakfast options, especially the fresh fruit and yogurt! One bummer was that the pool area could use a little sprucing up, but it was still nice to lounge around.

Common hallway to back entrance and common men's room near office was not cleaned everyday.

Loved the cozy king room with great Wi-Fi. This place has a nice pool area, and I felt really welcomed.

Friendly staff, great breakfast and willingness to help and please the customer.

My only complaint is that the shower apparently was not cleaned prior to our visit. There was a man's dirty razor on the shelf in the shower stall. YUK !

The towels were small. They were big enough for a small child. I lost cell service and wanted to order dinner from the nearest restaurant. The phone in the room did not work.

The young lady at check-in was super sweet 🥰 But the room wasn't very clean, and the shower had issues. Would've loved a better bed for a restful sleep.

Everything about the facility was nice and clean and up to date.

The pillows on the king bed were atrocious. They were a miniature size and not conducive to a good nights sleep.

The friendly staff provided excellent service. Breakfast featured craveable salads alongside savory options like bacon and sausage gravy-the perfect combination to start the day. Unfortunately, there were cleanliness issues in the room, and the shower didn't have adequate water pressure. The pool area was enjoyable, but a more diverse breakfast selection would enhance the experience.
